Breakfast was great and host eager to please by offering even more food and coffee.

Fantastic service, Giancarlo extremely friendly and accommodating.
Very generous breakfast with delicious handmade croissants and local cheese. Amazing views overlooking Victoria and the citadel. Stunning!
Knowing smoking/cigar is a culture in Europe, maybe asthmatics may struggle with the downstairs area. Upstairs rooms were fine with no smoking.

The hosts! Giancarlo and Pam are exceptional, welcoming, generous hosts. They accommodated our late arrival, arranging everything for us. An added bonus— Ginger, the cat, otherwise known as the bodyguard.
Location: Xhagra is a quiet but wonderful central base from which to explore Gozo— easy walking distance to interesting sites and for the adventurous, easy access to coastal hikes. Buses were plentiful, cost effective and a great way to connect to other parts of the island.
