The place has about a dozen rooms and is immaculately clean and carefully maintained. From digital doors to room temperature control, the rooms are functionally designed. Although the reception is opened only in the mornings, contact can be made via Whats App and staff were extremely responsive. I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at CityStay and would not hesitate to stay there again.

It was an enjoyable relaxing stay. Apartment was clean, quiet location, excellent views. Breakfast was good. Hot tub was exceptional.

Decent location, good value. Bed was too soft for my liking, and room/bathroom slightly cold for my liking. But they offer luggage storage and everything else was good.
Reception is only 8-11, so you have to wait for responses. I got locked out for 15 mins because code stopped working. My phone was in the room, and thankfully it was 10 am, otherwise it would have been a challenging situation.

Size of room and furnishings
Not catering for lactose intolerance and poor selection at breakfast for such intolerance. Oats milk is not good with tea and we had to buy our own lactose free milk;
Bed sheet stained and when or if changed it was still stained;
Shower gel provided not enough for one day for 2 persons, imagine for 3 days;
No television channels available
