Beautiful and large room with comfortable bed and balcony overlooking Basilica. Great, central location and friendly communication with Julia. Shared kitchen and pool were bonuses!
There was a slight unpleasant smell from pipes in bathroom.

Self check in, clear instructions. There was a mix of tourists and some guys who live in the house long term (just to be aware).
Nice view from the room. The kitchen items you definitely need to clean before usage, the room however was clean, also the bathroom. Towels are provided, remember to bring your own soap.
The location is very central, it's a small town. Possibilities to eat or have a coffee are nearby.
The walls are thin, if someone decides to watch the big TV late at night right in front of your room, or even has a conversation in their own room, you'll hear it. Maybe bring some ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise. Other than that the street is very quiet.
I'm not sure how strongly it's enforced, but there's a list of hefty fines in case you break or stain something. I.e. a stained pillowcase is 40 euros. An accident might happen so be aware they won't "just" charge store prices for the replacements.

Great location , very quiet place, comfortable room.Responsive host , we had a small problem with the room upon arrival, and we had a room upgrade immediately. This place is ideal for those who want to stay away from the panic and chaos.Good value for money.Surly we will visit again.
Maybe a small suggestion, to include a TV in the rooms.

It was clean, good location and helpful staff
I booked a room with a double bed and the double bed turned out to be two single beds pushed up against one another and at night they kept on separating from one another forcing me to wake up. By the end of my stay I was barely getting any sleep. The mattresses were also very uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on the floor.
