location was good
the restaurant is closed, but this was not communicated anywhere.
I got a note from the place 2 days prior to arrival that the room I reserved is not available and I get "upgrade" to boat house, which is not the accommodation I wanted or can be in. The staff was kind and nice to find me a room, not queen bed as requested, but a room.

The cleanliness was very poor in the cupboards on the shelves a lot of dust, the floor in the bathroom was sticky and the channel in the shower was clogged. And we got a room for the disabled right at the reception where there was non-stop noise. We had booked a different room. But there was a really nice lady at the reception. That's how I would rate it.
