location was good

the restaurant is closed, but this was not communicated anywhere. I got a note from the place 2 days prior to arrival that the room I reserved is not available and I get "upgrade" to boat house, which is not the accommodation I wanted or can be in. The staff was kind and nice to find me a room, not queen bed as requested, but a room.

Nice room, big bed, useful balcony and very powerful shower. My motorcycle was parked safely at the rear. Nice outside yacht club bar.

Kept waiting on arrival while receptionist talked on phone. Breakfast uninspiring to say the least.

The location is excellent, right on the cycling route, which makes it very convenient for anyone on a bike tour. It is easy to find and perfectly positioned, close to everything you might need. The building looks great from the outside – well maintained and attractive – giving a very good first impression.

The air conditioning is extremely noisy and disturbing during the night, and the oversized pillow made sleeping uncomfortable. The bathroom looks quite outdated, with visible rust, leaving a poor impression. In the morning, only two staff members were handling breakfast for all guests, and they couldn’t keep up, which meant long waiting times. At check-out, there was no one at the reception, making departure rather inconvenient. Improvements are definitely needed to provide a more pleasant stay for this money.

The cleanliness was very poor in the cupboards on the shelves a lot of dust, the floor in the bathroom was sticky and the channel in the shower was clogged. And we got a room for the disabled right at the reception where there was non-stop noise. We had booked a different room. But there was a really nice lady at the reception. That's how I would rate it.
