When we arrived we got showed around the facilities. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room had all the needed amenities like a fridge. The balcony had a retractable sun protection and even had a hanging rack for wet clothes.
The internet was not working while we were there but that's not a huge problem.

Many different entertainment options for children of different ages.
The pool and some entertainment could be open longer. When going on excursions in the summer, we didn't always manage to return by 8:00 PM so that the children could use the pool.
