The air conditioning, the breakfast , and the helpfulness of the breakfast staff

Nice hotel for a short stay. Needs some work on - at least from the outside. Good food and very nice staff

From an outside look - a little bit rundown. And the location could be better

Recently renovated room with clean lines. Bristling with electricity outlets. Half board option worked for me. Has nice hot tub and sauna facility on uppermost third floor for guests but did not get to try out.

It was clean. We didn't have any chance to use the facilities (like sauna etc), so cannot say anything about those. The restaurant next to the hotel is very good (not the one inside).

I would start with the fact that it's quite expensive and it's not worth the money. The building itself is quite old. Everything inside is also a bit out of date. The fridge in the room makes an unbearably loud noise, so we needed to turn it off. The shower holder doesn't really hold to the wall, so it's impossible to direct the water flow. There is also no shower rail to put the showerhead lower (and it hangs quite high). No shelf for the shampoo and shower gel inside the shower. The disposable hair comb was clearly used but not replaced by the staff. The staff in the bistro is unfriendly and most of them don't speak English. The breakfast is poor. And when we tried to have dinner there, we were not told that it's self-service (even tho we spoke with a hostess there), and sat there like stupid.
