建物の古さはありますが、お部屋自体はとても清潔です
トイレットペーパーやタオル、食器や調理器具、掃除用品等の設備や備品も想像以上にしっかりありました
ゴミ出しや駐車場利用の際の説明もわかりやすく書いてありましたし、わからない事は問い合わせればすぐに返事をいただけました
長く改装工事していた6階のレクレーションデッキも滞在中に再オープンしたので利用できました
ビーチへも徒歩5分、街の中心も徒歩10分程度ですのでとても便利な立地です
ホテルではないのでお部屋や建物のトラブルだけが心配でしたが、最初から最後までとても丁寧に対応していただき、やり取りもスムーズでとても安心できるエージェントさんでした
部屋の問題ではありませんが、建物の古さはありますので、気になる方はいるかと思います
また、各階にある洗濯機ですが 現金が使えなくなっていたので注意が必要です。アプリをインストールしてクレジットでチャージして使う形ですが、2回目以降うまく機能せず、チャージしたお金が無駄になりました。
