Great Ko'olau Mountain views from this deluxe air-conditioned one-bedroom vacation rental suite (533 sq.ft. plus lanai with table and 2 chairs)! 4-person max.
The Waikiki Banyan is a favorite of repeat visitors with its host of amenities including a pool, hot tubs, BBQ area, and more. All this and just a short 2-block walk to beautiful Waikiki Beach, plus shops, restaurants, the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, and Kapiolani Park! Public transportation is readily available, with stops located right outside the building on Kuhio Avenue.

No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

– Dishes, Silverware, Cookware (including tea kettle & rice cooker)

Enjoyable experience. Having a hub in Waikiki with parking included was awesome and made our getting around and exploring easy and convenient. Byron was extremely helpful during the check-in process. Will definitely consider staying again if its available next time we try to go down and visit.

Overall, this apartment was pretty good, offering a good view and location. Unfortunately, the building was under construction when we stayed there, and one day there was so much noise that we had to get out. If we had known about the construction, we would not have booked this property. There was a fire alarm at 2:30am on our first night, ruining our sleep. The furniture was stained and smelly, and the bathroom faucet was defective (low water pressure, difficult to move). Some of the glassware was not clean. The site manager was very responsive to our complaints and offered some compensation for our trouble, which was much appreciated. On the plus side, the beds were pretty comfortable, and the unit was quiet at night. I'd recommend this property if the items listed above were remedied, and if the construction was completed.
