Elevated Condo with Diamond Head & Ocean Views, Steps from Waikiki Beach (13011)

Buona posizione vicina al centro, 30esimo piano con discreto panorama.

Avviso perentorio di lavare i piatti ecc. E portare via i rifiuti dall’appartamento. Io ho delle strutture in Italia e se lo scrivo qui mi danno ogni volta 2.

The location and views were remarkable! I will definitely return and send all my friends. Problems encountered were not addressed during our stay but we were still happy with the condo. Problems were with furnishings. One of the two chairs on the balcony were broken and unusable. The balcony table was so large that walking around it felt dangerous. The one electric outlet in the bathroom did not work. My wife had to do her hair in the kitchen.

I could not find anyone to report problems encountered in the condo. I tried calling and got not answer. I spoke with a man at the hotel counter who told me he could not help me with my concerns because I was staying in building 1 and they were rentals but he did write down my concerns and said he would try to pass them to someone. There was an emergency number to use which I did but did not respond to routine issues, only emergencies. I felt isolated.

Location, facilities and ease of access.

La situation géographique était top.

La piscine et le terrain de tennis sont en maintenance depuis avril 2025 et nous n’en avons pas été informé. Nous avions en autre choisis cet hébergement pour la parking la piscine et le tennis mais nous n’avons pu bénéficier que du parking. Si l’annonce et les photos avaient été mis à jour, nous n’aurions pas choisis cet hébergement car il y avait le même en face au même prix et avec tous les services !
