It was a great location and family friendly

It was conveniently located next to beach, train, and highway. It was clean and spacious.

The dining chairs were uncomfortable and wish there was a long mirror to view outfits

Very good

Other than those 2 negatives, we loved the place! The location was perfect, the beds were very comfortable & we all enjoyed the outside balconies. The kitchen had everything you'd need, which was great for us. Also having a garage was nice.

The air conditioner did not work downstairs only upstairs. So it was extremely hot on the 1st level which was the kitchen, dining, & living room. We figured out that's why there were several floor fans in the closets. Also the ice maker was broken. It was a tad pricey but given the space & location I guess it was expected.

We enjoyed the spacious house. And it was close to beach. We always had an extra parking space in front.

Washing machine was broken. Other than that, all was good.
