Only one bathroom, very noisy from people,lawn care, train, but mostly people above. Not a usable fireplace. Kitchen was great. But bedroom backs up to staircase,train, and pool so good luck sleeping. No ac and cant open windows because so loud

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was everything we could have asked for in a beach rental! So close to the beach with a lot of walkable shops and restaurants. Checking in went flawlessly and all staff members were friendly and helpful. There was a work crew repainting all the railings at the property while we were there. They were polite and quiet - even the sanding was done by hand which allowed us to use the pool in peace. The pool was very cold (not heated) but I found it refreshing. The underground secured parking allowed us peace of mind when parking our rental and returning to our unit (sometimes late at night). We highly recommend this property.

Check-in information could be better. We stayed 3 nights. Second night we had terribly noisy people above us, stomping and shouting until 4 am. Next morning we asked if we could move to another apartment. The young man at the reception was very kind and understanding and we could immediately move (very far from our old apartment). Thanks so much!! The kitchen is well equiped. We loved our stay, except for the foggy weather!

Very clean, VERY spacious! Quiet surroundings. Small grocery on corner, next to THE CUP (awesome coffee, bistro, and apparently wine/beer in evening). Private area for pool, hot tub. Garage parking (wow!) and although it does not have open view to ocean... take a few steps and you are one block from ocean, boardwalk - depends on tide ... if high, short walk north along boardwalk to sandy beach above tide line.

There is NOTHING to hate about this property! I come to Oceanside often because of family and this was by far the best place to stay! We had a beautiful 1 bedroom with fireplace, full kitchen and a view. Not to mention garage parking, grills, pool and hot tub! Great service and quiet! We will be back!

These Villas are kind of a hidden gem in Oceanside and for the same cost, travelers could not find anything better. Great staff. By the beach. Clean. Safe. Wonderful amenities. The grounds are beautiful. The suites are great and have everything a traveler needs. Check it out next time you are in Oceanside. I won`t stay anywhere else now that I know about Aquamarine Villas.

Our 1bedroom unit was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The balcony got beautiful winter sun and had a limited ocean view. Metres to the beach and an easy flat walk to downtown with many dining options within blocks. Ella on reception was very friendly and the grounds and pool were well maintained. Oceanside is a great coastal town and we’d highly recommend Aqua Marine Villas

The unit I stayed in had a spacious patio with a slight ocean view The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring that every detail of my stay was perfect. I appreciated their brochure that included helpful recommendations for local spots to explore. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Oceanside. I look forward to returning in the future!

Stay was great. Room was extremely clean. Property was quiet. The only issue i have is the heating on a timer so we kept having ti reset it every hour and woke up freezing. Thats the only issue. The place was great.

The location of this property is great and close to the ocean. The property is very old and outdated, but relatively clean and felt safe. Check in was simple and pleasant. However, there was one front office woman who was not at all pleasant and I found her to be difficult and therefore WILL NOT STAY here again. We were in town for a Lacross tournament and my daughter's first game required that we be at the field at 7am. Her last game would likely end around 11:15am. The night before, I aksed this clerk if we could check out around noon, at the latest, to avoid the stress and hustle of having to pack and be out completely at 5:45am. She said NO. She said check out time is 10am and was not at all flexible or understanding and told me "I suggest you pack up tonight". This was a Sunday check out and I doubt that this unit was in such high demand that allowing us to check out at noon would've been a problem. As a result, we felt rushed and stressed, packing the car in the dark and cold early hours before my young daughter had to go to her game. We had to throw away all of our fresh food from the fridge (that would have been our lunch upon return). It was such an inconsiderate exchange with this woman that I will NOT STAY HERE AGAIN and will not recommend this property to others when we return for the next tournament. By the way, other parents who were staying in nearby hotels were easily accommoated with late check outs. There are plenty of other options in the area.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! The property was secure which I appreciated because I'm a female who traveled alone. I never felt worried about my safety. I loved being so close to the ocean where I could walk down to it. The pier was close enough I could could walk to it within 15 minutes or so. My only complaint was with the cleanliness of the floors. They didn't look like they had been swept or mopped before my check in. When I walked barefoot after checking in there was obviously stuff I could feel on my feet. A good cleaning when make a huge difference. Overall it didn't affect my stay and I still had a great time. I would stay at this property again.
