The staff were very friendly. (Which see s rate these days) The beds were comfortable. Location was good. Warm cinnamon roll was yummy! Would recommend !

The location was great
Didn’t really have an issue with the property itself, however we did have an issue with one of the housekeepers. On the day of check out, our assigned housekeeper was rushing us out of our room. She came by 3 to 4 times and even stood directly across the hall in front of our room door in an effort for us to leave out. Mind you we were only about 10 minutes past the check out time on her last attempt for us to leave. I myself had to use the restroom which is why we were approximately 10 minutes past the check out time. My wife even informed the housekeeper that I was using the restroom and she still was rushing us out. Upon leaving it was exactly 11:13am and upon getting on the elevator and hearing me discuss the rudeness from the housekeeper to my wife, the housekeeper then stated, “Check out is at 11.” In all my hotel experiences, this is the first time I’ve ever been rushed out of my room. My wife and I really didn’t appreciate that and reported her to one of the other staff members. Don’t know if anything came of it but I’m hoping they reprimanded her or something because that was absolutely terrible customer service.
