I loved everything about this hotel! The cleanliness was on point! The staff was very pleasant and welcoming! Ramona gave me a call shortly after departing from the hotel to inform me that my father’s wallet came out in the laundry! I am so thankful and grateful for that! I am going to stay there again when I visit if need be. The breakfast was delicious and the best I’ve had at any hotel in my life!

Staff was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! Breakfast was well prepared and served in a spotless serving/dining area. Facility was located exactly where we wanted to stay in Columbus.
I found ZERO FAULTS with anything.

Comfy bed. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice when not filled with dope smoking partiers. Room was nice except for unsafe loose outlets, loose shower drain cover that caused me to slip, and sticky hair dryer.
Ice machine broken, VERY NOISY, loose nonfunctional outlets. Shower drain loose causing a near fall, sticky hair dryer. People smoking Marijuana in the pool and too rowdy to share space with them. DID NOT APPRECIATE THE $50 SHAKE DOWN ON REGISTRATION.
