Easy check in. Cleanliness.

The fact that animals are allowed. The room right next to ours had a barking dog, every time there was a movement outside it would bark non stop. So much for relaxing, thankfully we only stayed a night and were gone most of the time.

Quaint and Quiet

Upon arrival, I suspected I'd made a mistake as the outside looks a little older. But I was greeted by a very friendly young man who made my check-in process smooth despite having some internet connection issues (not their fault being as far out as they are). My room was updated, clean and cool (as it was 100 degrees outside). The bed was incredibly comfortable and clean. The location is amazing as it's a 5 minute drive down to Highport Marina. A great place to spend the morning at the lake before heading out for your day. Checking in and checking out also puts a positive spin on your day as the staff is cheerful and accomodating.

Beautiful well kept grounds & the room was clean. It looked freshly painted with a cottage feel. The bed & pillows were clean & very comfy! Also, Teresa was so nice & very accommodating. (Thanks again for the blow dryer Teresa! 😊)

The worse thing I can say is that the internet password was not posted in the room & that the connection was poor when trying to stream on my laptop.

Burn the place to the ground!!!!!!

The shower head was to low in shower for me to take a shower. The room had a foul odor. The wall unit had a smell of burning wires. I left as soon as I could. The manger refused to issue me a credit on my debit card. What a disaster!

It was a great vacation spot!

We were close to town and just minutes away from the lake. That staff was very accommodating. Loved having the full size refrigerator! The room and property were very clean and well kept. And it was quiet and relaxing.

The only thing that could have been better was if we could have stayed longer. Everyone we met were great and we made a few life long friends. Can't wait to visit again.
