Wonderful stay

Everything. The place was very clean. The man who checked us in was very friendly. He even remembered us from some months ago. The lady who checked us out just smiled & didn't greet us. The room was cozy. We slept very well after coming back from the CHOCKTAW CASINO. We like that we don't have to check out until 11 am. We will definitely be going back soon.

The pool was closed but we understand due to the cold weather.

We travel with our dog and so thankful this chain caters to families traveling with their pets. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast served was good quality as well.

The pillows were a bit weird, but my husband had no problem with them.

Wished I didn't listen to highway traffic all night.

Like the cleanliness and parking.

The property is too close to the highway which generates a ton of noise that seems to echo through the older windows. For that, I'm so disappointed as I have sensitive hearing.

Comfortable bed, but lack adequate space for clothing.

Clean room and great location. Bed was very comfortable.

The room was recently renovated, using a contemporary design that left it void of space to store clothing and other articles. For an overnight stay, it would’ve been fine. I was staying for five nights and had to put clothes on the floor. No shelves, and no drawers. I was told they were trying to achieve a more contemporary look. Problem is they lost functionality in the process.

Didn’t even stay due to no notice of elevator being broken and telling us we had to stay on 3rd floor and carry luggage

Elevator broken and didn’t bother to let us know till we arrived for a 4 night stay. Tried to put us on 3rd floor. Front desk clerk very unhelpful and had an attitude when I said we couldn’t stay on 3rd floor due to having business trip that required carrying to much up and down stairs every night. Offered no help of any kind. Had to get booking company involved to get my money back. Usually love La Quinta’s. But not this one!

Theft of property left in room. Don’t stay here.

Clean property but there is a thief on the staff and management was not too concerned.

An item was left in the room upon check out and I called to inquire if housekeeping had brought this to the front desk within 24 hrs of checkout. Was told that housekeeping had not found the item and they were sorry. The item was not misplaced, it was left hanging on the back of bathroom door and taken by a member of the staff instead of being turned in to management. I do take responsibility for my error in leaving the item but will not do business that I can’t trust people with a key not to take property left after check out.

Room had an odor. Dead bugs in room. Leaking a/c which caused wet carpet, mildew smell and noise. Bathtub would not completely turn off and ran all night.

The staff did not provide accurate information about the property manager. The rooms are old smell musty old, The linen was dirty hair in the bed, the box mattress had MOLD and makeup on the pillow, The floor was wet and dirty TV didn't work, the phone keypad was dirty the lamp was dirty vents were dirty. The pool and the lobby

Bed was really hard felt like I was sleeping on a concrete floor. TV didn't work most of the time. When asked why I didnt say something sooner I was in and out alot. Due to a family event. Served the same continental breakfast 2 days in a row. So the kids only ate. A little on the second day.

The mattress felt like i was sleeping the springs. I might as well have been sleeping on the spring box. It was so terrible i woke up frequently at night from pack or neck pain. I’m a side sleeper so the springs were digging straight into my hips. The breakfast isn’t anything to rave about either, would’ve been nice to have some more options than just eggs, sausage and waffles. I went to the ihop across from the hotel instead and had a nice good breakfast with my all time favorite, pancakes.

Found hairs in bed and bathroom. Breakfast was pretty good; nice selection and the food didn't appear to be the cheapest, most generic brands that could be found. The hotel is older and definitely in need of some renovation; the baseboards and walls at floor very worn; would love to see newer carpet. The staff were great! Nice selection in the hotel store.

Sabrina is an excellent host. She is personable, knowledgeable, and attentive to our requests. In my humble opinion, she richly deserves a raise in pay.

Failure to warn customers ahead of time about a hundred dollar security deposit. That was still never returned to my card, going on the 5th day I’ve checked out now.

I enjoyed my stay and would return for another stay.

The staff were friendly at check in and the lobby was clean and pleasant looking. The bedding was clean and very comfortable. And, the breakfast was tasty with lots of choices!

The bathroom sink faucet was hard to pull on and was a bit grungy. The light above the shower didn’t work. The bag for the hairdryer seemed dirty with stains. Also, the headboard seemed to have an oily spot from a head that leaned against it above the pillows.
