Frustrating

Large room

The door was cracked open when I arrived at 3am. The bed was not made and there drink on the table. We didn’t get in our room until 4 AM because the older desk clerk had to change the sheets and clean the room while we waited . I’m trying to get compensation for that room, but today is Tuesday and I haven’t had no luck when I checked in on Friday

PERFECT HOTEL FOR OUR WEEKEND GET-AWAY

WE DID A LATE CHECK-IN (8:30 PM), AND THE NIGHT RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY POLITE. I ASKED FOR THREE KEYS FOR OUR PARTY AND THERE WAS NO HESITATION OR EXTRA CHARGE. HE ALSO PROVIDED EXTRA SHEETS AND BLANKET FOR THE SOFA BED. THE CAFETERIA ATTENDANT WAS SUPER POLITE AND KEPT THE AREA CLEAN AND CATERED TO OUR NEEDS. THE MORNING RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND GAVE US VERY GOOD RESTAURANT RECOMMENDATIONS. THE HOTEL IS LOCATED IN A VERY GOOD AREA. WE WERE WALKING DISTANCE FROM A COUPLE OF 24-HOUR RESTAURANTS AND WAS RIGHT OFF THE HIGHWAY.

THE ONLY THING I COULD COMPLAIN ABOUT IS THAT THERE WAS CONSTRUCTION IN FRONT OF THE ELEVATORS ON THE SECOND FLOOR. THEY WERE LAYING IN NEW TILE. THE HOTEL RECEPTIONIST ADVISED US ABOUT THE ISSUE, BUT IT WAS STILL UNCOMFORTABLE TO JUMP OVER ALL THE TILE SPACERS ON THE FLOOR. THE GOOD THING WAS THE NEXT DAY, THE FLOOR WAS FINISHED AND THEY HAVE A BEAUTIFUL NEW LANDING AREA IN FRONT OF THE SECOND FLOOR ELEVATOR.

No help from management

We found bedbug casings in the sheets and in the bed. When we told the staff she was very nice but we were told management would reach out to us. We were afraid we would infect our home with bedbugs and we found bites on our legs and back

The rooms were very spacious and quiet. The vending choices were great and the breakfast was delicious!

Everything was great with just a few minor issues. 1. The Jacuzzi "drain stopper" would not stay in so every few minutes you had to run more water. 2. There were 4 of us and only 2 towels. However, it was easy to walk down and ask for more 3. The sleeper sofa had no extra linen or pillows. We had to go ask for them as well. 4. The shower head sprayed in a million direction with great force! Lol! You had to keep certain areas covered while showering.

It was a newer hotel. Staff canceled the rooms with no charge.

Rooms had bed bugs. Staff didn't seem surprised about it. Heard a gunshot in the parking lot.

over all fair but pipes had bursted in one of the other rooms and all water was turned off and after a day of being out all day Family and I couldnt shower before bed very disappointed breakfast was excellent and chef was amazing.customers service and communication was great at all.

T.v. not work staff tried to fix, not work. Room was dirty. The floor had many dired chuncks of food into carpet. They came and cleaned.

I took my Grandkids because it said indoor pool, but it wasn't heated so it was absolutely freezing! The biggest reason we stayed there was for the pool!! Disappointed
