Arriving process was very difficult with duplicated lock boxes in dark place and no onsite personal
Bad smell from dishwasher (gone after 2nd use)
Closet in bedroom was used to store fans/vacuum cleaner etc when it has to be available for guests (Have to move stuff)

Amenities were nice. Pool was comfortable temperature, gym was small but workable. (Elliptical, bike, weights.) Location was good.
No AC in condo meant that it got hot and was difficult to cool, even with fans. Check in process was multi-step and confusing, especially since there was no staff on sight to help.

the extra fees are getting a little ridiculous! they were more than the room!!

The pool and hot tubs were beautiful
Getting inside the unit was an ordeal. Vacasa should try following its own directions. They are clear as mud. Also we needed a second parking space and Vacasa was useless.
