About this apartment rental
Beautiful large two bedroom, two full bathroom condo in The Springs, the best building at River Run and Keystone. New very comfortable Colorado mountain furniture and style. A large kitchen and living room make extended stays very comfortable. There is an outside private area on the back deck surrounded by pines and aspen trees.
This condo has a unique floor plan which separates the two rooms very nicely for privacy while giving each bedroom an attached full bathroom. It also features a walkout patio right against the creek which is really beautiful in the summertime.
You have access to the whole condo and all of the amenities of the building.
I manage 16 condos in the Keystone/Breckenridge area so I am always on call and available if needed.
This condo is in Keystone, not Dillon. AirBnB has incorrectly inserted Dillon in all of the address information. However the map is correct. The condo is in River Run Village, just steps from the Keystone Gondola.
The amenities are really great with several pools and hot tubs including a heated outdoor water slide. There is a gym, steam room, pool tables and a movie viewing room.
No need for a car as this condo is in the heart of the village and only steps from the main Gondola.

This unit worked well for our boys' weekend (3 dads and 2 college kids). Easy parking and easy walk to the gondola and village. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs and grilled burgers out there one night too. Only complaint was the tiny coffeemaker - a place that sleeps 6 should have more than a 4-cup pot!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is fantast, walking distance to the gondola and Keystone village, which made getting around so easy, especially with kids.
We stayed for 6 days as a family of 6, and the home had absolutely everything we needed. It was spacious, cozy, and very well equipped for a family trip. One of our favorite features was the patio covered in snow, it became the perfect little play area for the kids and made the experience even more special.
Overall, this was a lovely place in an amazing area, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for families visiting Keystone!

This property has the best location of any we've had in several years at Keystone. Steps out the back door to the river run gondola. The property manager / owner was so gracious with us. We had a lot of questions because of an impending storm, and he kindly took the time to help. It's also a corner property, so felt larger than it actually is, with lots of windows. Some notes for when you come, should you rent the property:- upper bunks are really only appropriate for young children. My kids were too big (but slept comfortably on the bottom bunk)- Beds are comfortable; but if you like supportive pillows you might want to bring your own - the condo is equipped with smart TV's that are logged in to Netflix and Prime Video. How awesome! We watched a new series on Netflix nightly. Great "perk" of the condo. - Plenty of cookware available - we cooked all meals in the home for the week. - the property is hot. This isn't the individual condo; it's the Springs. We slept with the window open and it was fine - There is a large City Market in Dillon, on the way in to Keystone; but there is also a small grocery store with essentials in River Run, should you forget anything. - with Covid, hot tubs reservations are a must. Do it early! They booked up ahead of our days there and we couldn't get the times we wanted. We still managed to use them. The whole pool complex is amazing - heated pool and hot tubs. Young kids will LOVE it. Includes a slide!
