About this apartment rental
Springs 8805 was practically designed for the family ski vacation checklist: bunk room for the kids, pool complex on site, forest out the back door, and the River Run Gondola about a six-minute walk away.
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE

Sleeping eight, the layout splits perfectly. Parents take the primary bedroom - comfortable bed, TV, double-vanity bath - while up to four kids claim the second bedroom's bunk beds, single bed, and hideaway trundle. The living room sofa opens for two more, and the second double-vanity bathroom means nobody's pounding on doors before breakfast.
Days start at the long breakfast bar, pause for lunch at the round table, and end with everyone sunk into the leather sofas while the gas fireplace glows under the TV. The patio is the family's private front porch on the forest - snowmen in winter, wildflowers in summer.
The Springs amenities do the heavy lifting on rest days: swim, soak, steam, hit the game room, or wander to Dakota Lodge's pools, all included. Reserve Springs 8805 and give the kids a Keystone week they'll retell all year.
Parking is one permitted vehicle in the shared garage with EV charging; your permit will be waiting in the unit.

Was everything advertised and had everything we needed. Couldn't have asked for a better location. Was able to walk to the gondola for skiing in less than 5 minutes.

Family of 5 condo was clean, good communication, Only 3 coffee cups and 4 bowls so we had to take turns having hot coco and eating soup a little disappointment with that as it says sleeps 8! That said personally wouldn’t stay with more then 5, living room is very cramped way to much furniture it would be very hard to pull out the sofa to a bed Springs condos has gone down hill since we stayed last the sauna was broke entire week and so was one hot tub, and the fountain in lobby, we also got cut in glass that was broken all over pool table we didn’t see it was so fine. laundry machine also took my cash and didn’t give coins, also lots of construction right out the door you can hear, not sure I’d stay at the springs again.
