Stayed over spring break with family. Pros: short walk to lift, underground parking, hot tubs with a view of slopes (somewhat blocked due to construction of new condo complex), ice machine in freezer,comfortable furnishings. Cons: 1 elevator not working for 3 of 4 days of our stay

Overall the place was excellent, comfortable beds/furniture, kitchen was well stocked, excellent location, hope to stay again. On the negative the overall Property Management of the complex black and taking care of the simple things like pool towels, LP gas for grills,..

One toilet didn't work, one bedroom had an amazing knocking sound coming from the wall so sleep was very intermittent, the pans had some kind of Ultra-stick technology, and we had to find and plug in the router to get wi-fi and cable. The pool did the right thing and required reservations to keep numbers low, but towel stocking was very uneven and weren't stocked the second day. Expectations need to be low though in Summit County, and this was par for the course in this price range. Other than that it was good. It's a great location, but that's why the delivery suffers.
