Springs 8870 gives two families or a group of eight room to breathe, with a pool courtyard below and Keystone's River Run village a short snowy stroll away.
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE

Everyone gets their own space here: each suite has a private bathroom and TV, so there's no morning traffic jam, while the Murphy bed and sofa sleeper keep the kids close to the action in the great room. Dinner for eight is easy at the big table with its farmhouse bench, and the granite island gives helpers and snackers a place to perch.
Days are simple — gear in the ski storage, a six-minute walk to the gondola, and mini golf and a playground nearby for the littles in warmer months. Afternoons end at the heated pool and hot tubs right downstairs (with Dakota Lodge pool and spa access included), then it's movie night by the gas fireplace.
With a washer available in the building and every kitchen tool you could need, longer stays are no problem. Book Springs 8870 and give your group the easiest week of the winter.
Parking is one vehicle in the shared garage with the permit provided in the condo upon arrival.

We loved our stay. We were two families of four and the two masters was great. Close to everything and fun for the whole family! The pool was amazing, the view was spectacular and the room was perfect. 10 out 10 would stay again.

This property had something for everyone. The teens loved the pool, slide, and hot tub. The lobby featured a nice sitting area with a fireplace, waterfall, and a movie room close enough for the parents, but far enough away for the teens.
The unit was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. The view of the mountains and pool were perfect.
River Run has lots of cute shops, restaurants, and a grocery store. You can’t go wrong with Keystone and River Run! The skiing was awesome!
Try the Keystone Lodge sleigh ride, dinner, and entertainment all in one.
Just love this area! Can’t wait to return! 😀
