Refund request due to bed bugs.

Convenient to my needs

Bed bugs were found and notified management of same. Management met me as I was retuning key at 2am. I gave a captured bedbug to him as evidence. Still waiting for notification of refund.

Couldn't wait to leave.

The only thing we liked about this place was the closeness to the Presque Isle. It was also close to several restaurants.

The beds sucked, not enough pillows, didn't have a good smell. People staying in the rooms surrounding us were very loud throughout the night. Couldn't use the pool it was closed. Instead of an ice machine, they had a cooler with ice in the office area.

Did not stay there

Nothing said they were 0ne mile from beach and it was over five miles. The pool was so dirty I would not swim in it

Nothing! Walked in to register and the guy at the desk looked like he hadn’t had a bath or shower in days. He was dressed in biker clothes that were dirty had on biker gloves . It was a disaster. They don’t deserve to be on your list for hotels

The facility was filthy and drug deals in plain sight we we're met by drug dealers and deals as we we checking in....

Budget hotel, clean, great location

Budget hotel, family run, pleasant and helpful staff, in a location close to the interstate, near eateries and Presque Isle State Park. The rooms are modest but adequate, and undergoing renovation.

Despite the description, there was no in room coffee, and breakfast, and even coffee, did not start until 8, which was way too late for me. That was disappointing.

It was the worst place I ever stayed in and I am a frequent traveler.

The front desk staff was pleasant and allowed us into the room before the 3:00 check in, but as soon as we went in it all went down hill.

The place was dirty and there were gnats in our room. The pool was closed and I booked it so I could swim. The room was so small the door the bathroom didn't open all of the way and you couldn't walk to the table the microwave was on unless you climbed over the bed. It was not a pleasant or comfortable stay. To make matters worse, my request (two times) for towels and toilet tissue was denied.
