The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
We didn’t like the cabinet that the TV was on bc it impeded the flow of the room and the lighting could be brighter.

This is my second time staying here and I love everything about this place. From the elevators going straight to your floor to the clean rooms and hallways.
My only issue was the shower and the fact that the shower head was 50 million feet high, the water wasn't really hot and the pressure was weak.

Location, location, location! It was directly on the wharf and so close to the attractions! Lovely view of the water as well!
THAT. BATHROOM. DOOR! That door was so janky. It was a slide-able slab (can’t even call it a barnyard door) that when you try to close and then lock the door, the door gapped open on the other side where you can see the room from the bathroom, effectively making the slab null! THEN! If you didn’t lock the slab, it would just magically slide open, exposing you to the bedroom while you’re on the loo. Not. Cool!
The room was also tiiiiiiny. The tv was directly at the foot of the bed with little room to move around otherwise, thus making the bathroom door issue even more of an issue.
Having stayed in other locations on the wharf that were also on the smaller side, the room was not up to snuff comparatively. It did the trick, but i doubt I’d stay here again of my own free will
