Overall good with a couple of unexpected unfortunate experiences.

Bed and breakfast.

The shower faucet was backwards. The hot was cold and the cold was hot. Took me 15min to figure it out. Also, a couple of rooms around us were loud throughout the night. I only slept 4 hours the second night. We’ve been to this hotel previous times and loved it. This was a disappointment.

Hotel manager was very rude, pool didn’t have towels and was told they wasn’t washed yet. Room drawer kept coming open, someone could have hurt themselves. Was charge 50 dollars for a quarter size juice stain. Which they had to wash anyway. It makes me think that they don’t wash their bedding. Hotel management instantly assumed I was having a pool party, without even checking me in. And when we went down for breakfast which was fine, kitchen staff kept looking at us. We had booked 2 rooms because we had a small gathering for my granddaughter. All kids was registered. We didn’t make no noises, no mess. We even took our own trash out. When we checked out and asked can we put in hotel dumpster, was told snow was covering it. So where were they putting their trash. I have stayed at this hotel many of times without no complaints. But this time was very different. Even though we had a small gathering, hotel management should never assume. I don’t know if it was racially motivated. But definitely was off. When I called their corporate number but in a report. Nobody has contacted me nor said anything else. I asked for all my money back or at least the rest of my deposit. Because of all the madness. How you have a pool but no towels, other people used them and I just wanted some towels. How they not washing towels for guest. And again I reached out and no one has contacted me back. Which is said because I’m a member and shouldn’t have to go through that. And ice machine on 2nd floor wasn’t working and to go find a working one.

Property was clean and nice like all the Holiday Inn Expresses we stay at. Close enough to downtown but far enough we felt safe and out of the busy area. Breakfast was good.

I didn’t like the fact that the cups were not packaged in plastic and just stacked together unwrapped thought that was very unclean And not too healthy at this time of the year with the flu and everything else that’s going around the cup should’ve been packaged in plastic individually

King bed suite uncomfortable.

Bed!!! It was so uncomfortable! Neither my wife or myself could sleep as the beds were way to uncomfortable. I got up j I st after midnight and laid on the super hard couch and was more comfortable all squished up on as opposed to the bed. Hence the score of 5 over all because sleeping at a hotel is the number one thing you pay for.

It was an okay stay a room that was filled with stains and loud and noisy people

The location

I didn’t like the room we had stains on the couch and stains on the iron board it look like semen stains. It was also loud around the our room during the stay of people jumping and running around. I feel like for the price was not worth it.

The rooms could have been cleaner and cabinets cleaned out and coffee pot replaced.

Breakfast was pretty average, not much of a choice.

The room closest door handle was broken, the coffee pot didn’t work we told them at the desk thinking they would replace it but they didn’t, so 2 days no coffee in room. The handle was never fixed and the cabinet had old bread still in there when we arrived. The carpet looked like it had gum on it too.

Check in clerk was very unprofessional to us.. he made us book the room on our phones... when telling us the system wouldn't let him!.30 minutes later while getting our pizza we witnessed him helping another couple get the same room we had even cheaper.. he was very nice to them..as he should have been with us. This is the first step in resolving this issue..I hope we can solve this problem at this level... this was unacceptable...

It was a great stay and makes me want to continue coming to this hotel when I'm in the area.

The breakfast was nice and hot, even when we rolled out of bed 30 minutes before they closed it. The room was nice and spacious, with a bed so soft I fell asleep while in conversation.

The lights were a little odd. The main room didn't have an overhead light, just lots of lamps. It made getting ready for our event kind of hard, because we kept running back and forth to the bathroom mirror to make sure we looked okay. I know that's an odd thing to complain about, but our stay was really awesome and that's the only issue I can think of.

I would NEVER COME BACK.

Nothing they was very rude and made me go through ALOT to get my one night stay. I SPENT 4hrs getting my room. They were very racist and made me feel I wasn’t wanted for t even the pay itself. They made feel uncomfortable and EXTREMELY HARD FOR ME once I got there. I wouldn’t recommend it for ppl rave if color.

We would stay here again based on staff interaction and room comfortability. It was the best value.

My first interaction with the gentleman at the front desk was everything I wanted. He was kind and courteous and asked questions about why we were in town. When we checked out the next morning he remembered our plans and wished us a good trip. I appreciate when people care and take the time to remember and personalize experiences like this. The room was very comfortable and clean and quiet. The breakfast was good—my kids really loved the pancake maker. We also enjoyed the pool.

The coffee maker in the room was hard to use, might have been user error but you basically had to hold it together on the top to make it complete the brew cycle. The pool could probably use a good cleaning as well. Lots of green on the sides and bottom as well as some buildup around the edges that was brownish.

Great lace, good rate, would use again

The hotel was clean, had enough space and beds to sleep my family of 5, and my truck was parked right outside.y window so if the alarm had went off.

I didn't like that the pool wasn't open all hours, there was a piece of metal stuck in the one outlet that I had to tell me kids to not touch after I seen it.

Double charged

The hotel staff was very nice and the building was very clean.

We were charged twice for our room. The front desk said he credited it. Then a gentleman called and said that he only saw one charge, but my bank account plain as day as 2 charges from them for the room. Finally, the guy on the phone said that he would send it to his bank, and it would be sometime next week before it would be credited, most likely. There was a good bit of construction going on nearby, which was not too bad, really. However, overnight, there was something very loud running most of night that kept my kids from sleeping very well.

Bugs and brawls!!!

The property was relatively new.

Our room had ants and flying ants, it progressed as the night went on .Then at 12:45 in the morning a group of guest on our floor had a half an hour knock down, drag out fight. it took a long time for the police to get them out of there. I was there with my family and terrified that it might progress to gunfire, thank God it didn’t. I guess I didn’t realize that wasn’t the best area of town.

Everything’s great can adjust one thing

The property was super clean. The breakfast is great and the pool was nice and warm. We loved everything.

If I can make one recommendation, the shower, doesn’t really get that hot and the water pressure definitely can be adjusted. Water pressure is lacking.
