Had a bit of a smell
The lock on the door of the apartment was really weak and bearly held the door locked. Probably would take much to break it.
Glasses, plates and other dishwere were dirty, when we arrived (stored in the kitchen cabinets) eventhough the apartment has a dishwasher.
Furniture is quite woren out, the couch especially. Took me a few days to even sit on it as it looked 🤮. In the pictures the furniture looks much nicer than in reality.

The property is a good location.View is amazing as well.
First the communication was off, the door is a headache to lock never seen a lock like that before. I did see a bug on the couch but only one an thinking maybe from balcony doors being open possibly.

Perfect location! Little bit loud but hey, i'ts Miami Beach and Oc.DR! Just enjoy 👍
