Clean & well kept! Air conditioning was definitely working that’s for sure, felt like the Antarctica. But that’s just bc I was too lazy to turn it down! We stayed the night when the Scottish were in town for FIFA and it was perfect location. Right near ocean drive & the beach, not the mention the awesome Cuban restaurant right below the hotel. Staff at both the hotel and Little Havana Cuban Restaurant were extremely friendly and my friends and I enjoyed talking to them.
This might be a personal problem that I never resolved myself, but see if they offer free parking. there is a parking garage a couple feet from hotel with $40 an hour parking, so for one night it came out to $160. I honestly forgot to mention this to the front desk because my friends and i are like chickens without heads but just putting it out there.

I loved that we were in the middle of everything. The beach, the souvenir stores, the clubs, the food. Everything was right there so we didn't have to travel far
