Spacious APT on South Beach Roof Top Pool & Bar

The location was great it was an inviting atmosphere.

Could have used more bath towels and wash cloths and tissue. The tissue left were previously used and if you didn’t take a shower early enough there wasn’t any hot water for a few hours. Also the ceramic stove was cracked and we were advised it was safe for use and as a personal chef I know that it is not as it’s hazardous and can lead to electrical shock or fire hazards.

This is a beautiful apartment, clean and well located with a huge balcony! It was close to everything, watched the sun rise the day we left from the balcony and it was awesome! The pool bar was beautiful and we watched the sunset there twice, nice pool and great drinks. The place was super clean and great for our stay!

I liked everything

The location on Ocean Drive is the biggest advantage of this accommodation. Of course, if you don't mind the party atmosphere of the street, it's close to the beach. The apartment has basic kitchen equipment. There's air conditioning, hot water, and a 24-hour reception (in the building next door).

We reported our arrival and check-in for four people. However, it turned out the apartment was prepared for two, and the other two were treated much worse. The sofa bed is unsuitable for comfortable sleep. The mattress is worn, sagging, and folded. The sheet on the sofa was not fresh and was unsuitable for the mattress (it was rolled up at the sides). Furthermore, there was no sheet or duvet cover. I wrote to the owner, but she insisted that everything was in perfect order and the bedding had been prepared for us. I didn't want to waste my vacation arguing with them, seeing this attitude. The apartment's cleanliness is also poor. Many items are worn and in poor condition.

Host was very responsive but seemed to respond with a few auto generated messages when I had issues with my stay and made the whole experience seem like a struggle including mentioning in the original check in message that I can store my luggage at reception and then advising me later that I had no other option than to store it for a charge a few blocks over at a luggage storage place. No sound proofing so it’s very loud at night from the bars on the strip. Water didnt go hot at all the first night and a/c only works on full blast or nothing so it’s super loud at night and blows straight onto you in bed which becomes super cold and made me feel a bit sick.
