If you are looking for an Ocean Drive property with expanded space relative to a hotel, and access to a well stocked kitchenette, this property works well. The king size bed is comfortable and the location is central, but not overly noisy at night. Access to the rooftop pool permits a view of SBeach and a lively scene with DJ and bar.
If you're traveling as a group or family and intend to make use of the futons that are advertised as sleepable, beware. The two futons, when pulled to full extension, are not long enough for even a 5'2'' teen, and there is a pole down the middle of the futon. We pushed the futons together and bought four dog mattresses (yes for dogs) at TJMaxx, which padded the futons enough to permit reasonable comfort. We also had to buy blankets because, despite the owner offering to drop off blankets, none were delivered.
