The location was the best, walking 5 min away from the beach.

The kitchen from our studio needed a range hood and the air conditioner to have more power, however it was just fine.

Excellent location - so conveniently near to the action of south Beach but also quiet enough too. Great communication by host - easy access and even granted an early check in

Quite dated. The general building was undergoing a facelift whilst we were there and the room could be updated too

I liked the location, but it was not as quiet as I was expecting. Heavy construction equipment started to work at 6am on some weekdays. Neighbors from upstairs were very loud at 2:15am one night and they woke me up.

Cleanliness was questionable. I found cob webs, dirty plastic outlets covers, dead cockroach, water not draining from the sink, dirty floor. My light pink color flipflops after a whole week walking in them only in the apartment the bottoms changed color from pink to black. Electrical outlets have broken covers, and some of the outlets didn't work, its a fire hazard and exposure to possible electricution. The bed was a cheep foam mattress from IKEA which had a dent in the middle, and didn't provide adequate ventilation while sleeping and I was sweating.
