Hudson Apartments

location is very good.. next to Espanola way, on Washington Avenue, close to Lincoln Road , 4 min walk to Ocean Drive and Beach....shopping area is also close. Host is very helpful.

Location, customer service, host and apartment. The apartment is gorgeous and nicely appointed with everything you need. The Host is amazing and the customer service is excellent.

I liked how close it was to everything. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Also, the communication with the owner was great. They answered me usually within 5 minutes.

My car got towed the first day. I found a spot and was bringing my stuff inside and when I went to move it after unloading it was gone. The owner did tell me about a parking garage close by but the city was quick to tow my car. The pictures were nothing like what the apartment actually looked like, the furniture/shower/decorations/ECT. But it was still a nice place. Also, they were doing renovations in the lobby area so it was really hot and they had the pool closed for 2 of the days I was there.

I liked the location, but it was not as quiet as I was expecting. Heavy construction equipment started to work at 6am on some weekdays. Neighbors from upstairs were very loud at 2:15am one night and they woke me up.

Cleanliness was questionable. I found cob webs, dirty plastic outlets covers, dead cockroach, water not draining from the sink, dirty floor. My light pink color flipflops after a whole week walking in them only in the apartment the bottoms changed color from pink to black. Electrical outlets have broken covers, and some of the outlets didn't work, its a fire hazard and exposure to possible electricution. The bed was a cheep foam mattress from IKEA which had a dent in the middle, and didn't provide adequate ventilation while sleeping and I was sweating.
