Welcome to your spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo located in the heart of Miami Beach on iconic Ocean Drive. Situated in a classic Art Deco building directly across from Lummus Park and the beach, this is the perfect home base for experiencing everything that makes South Beach unforgettable.
Wake up just steps from the ocean, stroll to world-famous restaurants, enjoy vibrant nightlife, explore boutique shopping, and experience the energy of one of Miami Beach’s most famous neighborhoods—all without needing a car.
The Space
Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living area with a comfortable lounge space, dining area, and kitchen featuring a full-size refrigerator, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Whether you’re preparing a quick meal or enjoying takeout from one of the many nearby restaurants, the space is designed for convenience.
Each bedroom includes a queen-size bed and its own TV, offering comfort and privacy for families or groups. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower, while the second bathroom includes a tub/shower combination—perfect after a day at the beach.
Additional amenities include central AC, dedicated workspace, free WiFi, and cable TV. App-operated laundry facilities are available in the building (no washer/dryer inside the apartment).
The condo is 790 square feet and comfortably sleeps 6 guests, with a 7th guest accommodated on the single sofa in the living room.

South Beach is a vibrant, lively city. Ocean Drive can be noisy at times due to restaurants, construction, street activity, and music.

Fantastic property right on miami beach - we stayed here on our bachelorette and it was a great space. Host was super responsive and you can't beat the location!

The location is fantastic! It was perfect for our trip! It would be very helpful to have laundry/dishwasher/clorox wipes cleaning products/garbage bags/paper towels…just a few basics that you wouldn’t normally travel with but otherwise great!

The host was excellent with communications.Amenities were scarce and beyond frugal. There was not a single packet of coffee, the toilet paper was doled out, and there were three tiny single serving packets of shampoo and a teeny soap bar for a 4 day stay. We asked the woman who let us in, and she was kind enough to bring more the next day, but by then we had run to the CVS to purchase coffee, creamer, shampoo and conditioner. Finally, the beds were in terrible condition. You could see the waves of the old mattresses despite bedcovers,
