About this cottage rental
Our rental property offers a new 3 bedroom mini-home with 1.5 bathrooms providing comfortable accommodations for a group of six. The spacious master bedroom contains a queen bed with a double bed in the other two bedrooms. A beautifully decorated living room awaits you to sit and enjoy your surroundings with a picturesque view of the Fortune River which is home to a local oyster farm, and Bay Fortune’s culinary destination, The Inn at Bay Fortune, owned and operated by the popular Chef Michael Smith.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, double sink, dishwasher, cutlery, dishes, cookware, and other items that you might require during your stay with us. All bedding, bath towels, beach towels, and linen are provided. Fortunate View Summer Home also features:
Air conditioning
Large deck with BBQ and patio furniture
TV with satellite service
Wireless internet
Washer and dryer
Clothesline
Beach chairs
Outdoor fire pit with starter firewood with additional firewood provided with a minimal fee and

We had an amazing stay at Fortunate View! The property was clean and spacious and a perfect set up for us! Marla was very responsive to our questions and ensured the house was spotless upon our arrival. The kitchen had everything we needed from utensils to cookware to a big lobster pot! There were even beach towels and beach chairs! Fantastic stay, we would love to come back!

The Townsend's cottage is beautifully located amidst all the attractions and tralls our family had wanted to see on the island. The beautiful beach two minutes down the road was the cherry on top of a great week.
The cottage was immaculate and the kitchen had everything you could need as a home away from home. We will be recommending this location to all our family and friends hoping to see PEI.
