Unwind in comfort at this beautiful newly built 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage perched above the serene Brudenell River. With stunning water views, and year-round hot tub, this peaceful escape offers the perfect blend of luxury and nature.

Private stairs down to the water — ideal for fishing, paddling, or just relaxing by the water
Free kayaks and fishing gear provided for your outdoor adventures
Brand new hot tub (open all year!) for a relaxing soak anytime
Cozy firepit area with firewood ready for starry nights
Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, pots, pans & more
Dining table seats 6 with 2 additional seats at the kitchen island — perfect for family meals or game night

Our cottage is self catering. We provide an initial starter pack free of charge that includes toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towel, and dishwasher tabs. All other provisions beyond this are the guests' responsibility.
