Beachside Haven sits on the stunning Northumberland Strait, offering a serene setting with spectacular views and a beautiful sandy beach just steps from your door—ideal for swimming and building sandcastles. Stroll the beach at low tide to spot seals sunning on the rocks, or relax on your balcony with a large barbecue while enjoying breathtaking ocean views. End your day with a campfire under the stars or watch the sunset.
Within a 10- to 20-minute drive, there are excellent restaurants, scenic drives, lighthouses, a winery, and artisan shops, offering a variety of local attractions.
Guests can enjoy kayaking, hiking, clam digging, and beach walks, all complemented by stunning sunsets around your private bonfire.
This charming two-bedroom beach house is within driving distance of historic Charlottetown, golf courses, restaurants, and shopping—ideal for memorable family vacations. We look forward to welcoming you to our favourite retreat!
Our flexible cancellation policy offers refunds up to 30 days before check-in. You can receive a full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled start date. If you cancel between 14 and 30 days prior, a 50% refund is available. No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event. Additionally, CanadaStays booking fees are. If we re-rent the property and incur no additional expenses, you will receive a full refund of the deposit. If we do not re-rent the property, no refund shall be remitted. A refund will be remitted if the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the booking.
House rules include no smoking, no parties or events, and no pets.
Additional information, including favourite restaurants, sightseeing, tours, hiking trails, artisans, shopping, gas stations, and emergency contacts, is provided in the cottage booklet.

The cottage is only a few feet from the beach—less than a one-minute walk over a small dune.
Yes, the beach is child-friendly and features beautiful sand.
You can see the beach from the deck or the cottage.
Sand toys and beach chairs are provided, along with beach towels.
The water is safe to drink, as it is tested annually within a private wall.
Pac-plays and high chairs are available for little ones.
Kayaks are included in the rental, and life jackets are mandatory; these are provided for your use. Please review the waiver regarding kayak use.

What a gorgeous cottage!It's just the right size! Lovely fully stocked kitchen, great dining area, comfortable livingroom and great beds! Loved the beach and watching the seals play on the rocks!

Love the beach. Cottage is well equipped and clean. We reallly enjoyed the area as well.
