Great value for money

The property and the rooms are clean, beds are great, shower is amazing and the breakfast was decent. We got a lot more than we expected for what we paid.

There was no one there (they said there wouldn’t be anyone) but they said that there would be keys with our names and there weren’t. Very unhandy when arriving with a dog and kids.

Good for overnight stay

Only stayed overnight and for that it was perfect. For a longer stay probably not so great as it lacked a bit of atmosphere. Breakfast choice was great.

Not what I wanted for the price

Beautiful location. Good breakfast on weekends. Simple approach to check in.

Hidden fees - had to pay tax at checkout that booking didn't mention. Poor breakfast choice on weekday. No curtains in bathroom and a window between the bathroom and bedroom means that the sun came in and I was woken up by it. Poor sound proofing between rooms and corridor meant I could hear everything in the hotel while trying to sleep. Pillow was awful.

There was a free to use towel in the bathroom, but it was still wet. Not really a problem, since they give you clean and dry ones on you bed.

Great spot to break up your car journey.

The room was large modern and very clean. The breakfast was wonderful. We could walk to a nearby Tapas bar for a great dinner. We really enjoyed our overnight here and will come back again.

The parking was a bit tight, but, we did find a space.

Superb

Great room, clean facilities, we came late and the keys were waiting for us at the register. 10 minutes from the Highway and very close to the Chimsee see which is very beautiful and a great day to spend for a walk. Also Market is right acrose the road

Maybe a little fridge in the room would be nice if you are a traveler and have food with you.

clean modern hotel, excellent breakfast, no-one at check-in when we arrived (Good Friday) but keys and info waiting at reception counter

Entrance to hotel not easy to find (at BACK of building on side street) with no sign or indication visible about where entrance is. Step-in shower has no door so tiled floor gets splashed.

The hotel is amazing.

You can only check in until 10pm, after that there is no entrance into the hotel. That´s really bad. And worse, this is not listed anywhere as an information. I wrote to the hotel, but also got NO answer.

Pleasant

After the booking was made they informed the cost for our dog. € 15.- and if dog in bed additional € 80.-! Tried to cancel but not possible! Normal charge for dog is about € 5.- Be OBSERVANT! There should be a restaurant but it was not open. Wrong time of the year but no information about that!

Čistá izba a dobrý pomer ceny, no nepohodlná posteľ a nedodržaný výber raňajok.

Izba bola čistá a primerane zariadená – k dispozícii bol televízor aj vlastná kúpeľňa. Oceňujem tiež pestrý výber raňajok, ktoré boli chutné. Hoci je hotel skôr jednoduchší, na prespanie úplne postačuje. Pomer ceny a kvality hodnotím ako dobrý. Check-in bol vyriešený formou obálky s kľúčom a dokumentmi, čo bolo vzhľadom na menší počet hostí praktické a bezproblémové riešenie.

Po príchode na recepcii nebol prítomný personál, iba obálka s kľúčom, zmluvou a výberom raňajok. V prípade otázok ma nemal kto informovať. Posteľ v jednolôžkovej izbe nebola veľmi pohodlná a zariadenie pôsobilo skromne. Lokalita hotela ma nijako nezaujala – v okolí sa nenachádzalo nič zaujímavé a pri zlom počasí sa na hoteli nedalo tráviť čas. Na raňajky som si objednal vajíčka, ktoré mi však neboli podané, čo ma sklamalo.

Top Preis-Leistung

Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen . Alles ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Die Zimmer waren sauber und man hatte alles was man braucht. Auch der Self Check in war problemlos. Frühstück war reichhaltig und schön zurecht gemacht. Gute Käseauswahl.. Freundliches Personal. Sehr gute Anbindung auch zum Biathlon nach Ruhpolding über Zug von Bad Endorf. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Kleiner Kritikpunkt war der muffige Geruch im Eingangsbereich, vor allem am Abend. Und das es keinen Sichtschutz für tagsüber im Zimmer gibt. So muss man immer erst Licht an machen wenn man die Verdunklungs-Schals vorzieht. Im Bad ist satiniertes Glas.

Perkekt, ruhig, fernab vom Rummel, und doch günstig gelegen und sehr nette Betreuung!

Super nett hergerichtetes leckeres Frühstück mit Riesenauswahl, gut organisierter Check-in und sehr nette Betreuung durch die "Rezeptionistin". Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder- auch mit Freunden!
