Great location, nice views, and friendly staff.

Lovely location easy walking distance to the river and cafe. Close to the ski slopes via 1 stop on the bus or very short drive. Beautiful views of the slopes. Very friendly staff.

Toaster for breakfast and another hot item would have made it perfect. no Do not disturb signs for rooms, did not need daily turn-down service.

Wonderful stay at a rustic place with a pleasant landlady 😊

I can definitely recommend this place for people, who want to enjoy a quiet rustic atmosphere with a wonderful service. The landlady treated us exceptionally well and offered a lot of help, whenever we needed it. We asked for a larger room with a place for our dogs to let them enjoy this place in comfort. Our bed was hard enough for a decent sleep. We liked the breakfast menu and the selection of drinks. There are some vegan options along with regional dairy and meet products. The location is convenient for a long hikes or one-day lake trips. There is a place to enjoy evening sunsets with some local drinks. This is a good value for its price, so we have only positive opinion after our one-week stay ☺️

It could be great to clean some unpleasant mould in the bath room. There was no any conditioner or a fan for hot weather. It would be awesome to include the exact price for breakfast and dogs to the booking description to help with calculation in advance 🙌🏻

This is a nice hotel with a good breakfast close to the paragliding landing field. BUT Johanna, the lovely woman that runs the hotel was extremely helpful in many ways. I had some friends arrive unexpectedly and despite being full Johanna managed to fit them in for one night and then find them a room with a friend of hers after that. I cannot recommend her, and the hotel highly enough.

Perfect stay in Kössen.

Breakfast was worth the money. Fantastic location, great views, but the best part was the hostess, Johanna. Made my wife and I feel completely at home. Very good communication and attention to detail. We would absolutely come here again.

Preis/Leistung war ok

Inhaberin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war ganz gut und man hatte eine gute Auswahl. Die Lage war top und man kam überall super hin.

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es war eine schlechte Luft im Zimmer, trotz lüften. Das Bad war sehr alt und man sah den Schimmel in der Dusche. Man hat sich darin einfach nicht wohl gefühlt.

Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut !!! Das Personal, also die Familie und der Hund :-), war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. In unserem Bad war der Duschkopf verstopft, am nächsten Tag war er gegen einen neuen ausgetauscht. Abends konnten wir mit einem Kaffee, Wein oder einem Bier in dem gemütlichen Aufenthaltsraum den Tag ausklingen lassen.

Das Licht im Treppenhaus dürfte heller sein und die Zudecken raschelt bei Bewegungen im Bett.
