Decor was cute and bed was comfortable.
Certain surfaces were very dusty/dirty. (Curtain rods, fireplace, under the bed. Occupants are charged for a cleaning fee (total: $100) Property should be clean prior to arrival. We left property according to their check list ( no dirty dishes in the sink, trash taken out, towels in the tub, no furniture was moved. The owners charge a damage deposit and we never got our damage deposit back. Contacted property owners about this issue and they never responded back.
Other issues: lack of silverware…only one steak knife in kitchen drawer. Family room tv…cable didn’t work.
We have stayed in other apartments on the same property different owners and never had an issue and they were less expensive as well.
