3rd time staying in this unit. Had a small issue upon check-in and contacted Sandy. She immediately responded and took action to fix the issue. Appreciate the attention to customer service. Unitl was clean and comfortable. Can't beat the location.Will definitely stay there again!!

Inside heated pool was cold. The sliding glass door to the balcony was so hard to shut, it felt like you was gonna break it to even get it to shut and lock. Apparently the door has been that way since 2025 from what the visitor book stated from previous couples that stayed there. That was frustrating to know because we would have liked to have sat outside on the balcony and enjoyed it without wandering if it would even shut and lock, so we just chose not to use it. There was sticky “splatter” on the end table in the living room I’m guessing the cleaning person didn’t take their time to clean appropriately. It was a beautiful place. We didn’t use the fireplace. The Host was very responsive. It just would have been nice for everything to have worked correctly especially for the money that we paid to stay there.
