About this apartment rental
Top Floor - Beautiful and charming remolded condo within walking distance of everything Gatlinburg has to offer. New Floors, new wood ceilings and all new furniture. Wonderful mountain views from the balcony and the condo is top floor of building and in a corner unit with great view of the pool down below. NEW Mattress and Box Springs on the king size bed in the bedroom and new real leather sofa in living room. New sofa is not a sleeper, but we have a new Queen air mattress and all the linens for the queen mattress are in the storage ottoman in front of the sofa.

***If you are renting this property and expect to be able to use the outdoor pool, please note that the POOL IS CLOSED until May.*** It does not say this anywhere in the description or the amenities. We asked the maintenance worker and she told us that it doesn't open until May. We were very disappointed as we drove south and rented here in order to be able to sit by the pool and get some sun. The condo itself is fine and the location is within walking distance to everywhere. Communication with the host was good, check in was easy. I just felt misled by the description of the place having an outdoor pool (which it does) but not being told it wasn't going to be accessible.

Walking distance to everything. Room was clean. Perfect for 2 people at most. Outside needs major updating, but room was clean and cozy!
