It was pretty good. Needed a few receptacle covers and little work on shower head and spout. But everything else was good. Was clean and property manager was excellent! I would recommend oak square and I plan a return visit to the property in the future.

Awful will not stay crap hole again

Drain shower stoped up filling tub, furniture was nasty, crap on bathroom wall bye toilet, none remote worked for television maybe need batteries, refrigerator cools frozen over taking up most room in fridge , no power plug near bed .

The location was great. The owners were outstanding they had the room set up for my grandsons 17 birthday because the trip was about him and his weekend. Nobody bothered us. It was quiet and the back balcony was private. Just what we were looking for and a little extra with the birthday set up. The kids loved the inside pool because it was deeper and they said the outside pool was too cold( for July ( really ). Thank you for making his day special. The location was what we were looking for.

That it rained that Saturday night and ruined our plans but that was not the condos fault it's just what to expect in the mountains.

It was a great stay for the value.

The location is amazing. I like that everything was included in the price such as parking and cleaning fees. The location was fantastic to those visiting Gatlinburg. The apartment was close to the elevator and easy to access from parking. It was a great value for the price paid. The pool looked nice, but we didn't get a chance to try it out.

We could have used more towels. With 6 people, we ran out after the first night and had to use the pool towels we brought.

That we had a balcony. There was 2 pools. The owners were very nice. Very quiet. We seen a mommy n 4 baby raccoons there but NO bear.

The floors needed mopped really bad. (walking barefoot our feet were filthy) Under the chair in the living room, I swept up mini shampoo n conditioner bottles.. The couch mattress needs a new one on it. (big stain) Parking was rough in the evenings. Our condo did not lock from the outside the 3 days we were there.

Great location

Outdated, wasn't cleaned, bedding wasn't changed,(toenails, hair, and crumbs in the sheets.) We were yelled at by the management when we asked for clean sheets, when we complained we were asked if we wanted a job. Floors turned our feet and socks black. Refrigerator was frozen up and warm on the inside. Booked room for six people 1 bedroom with queen bed bunkbeds in kitchen and fold out loveseat

Great but needs work

It was cozy and fit everyone. Indoor pool was clean and perfect temperature, convenient. I like that the payment was taken right at booking so I didn't have to worry about keeping that amount in my account. I liked getting all the info and not having to remember a key for it.

The fridge wasn't clean. The table and microwave stand need to be replaced. Hard to get on the top bunk safely. Wasn't swept well. There was trash in the drawers and under the furniture. Ashes left in fireplace. Cracks in the bedroom and livingroom ceiling. Shower didnt work properly. I didnt realize there wasn't a stove. I bought dish liquid to clean dishes I used with.

great owners, close to everything, good price

the owners were the nicest people ever. the location can’t be beat. can walk everywhere. if had kids with you the bunk beds would be perfect addition as most in these condos don’t have the extra beds.

it was a little outdated. all the furniture was run down and wobbly. wasn’t as clean as I’m use to so we had to go and sweep the hair and such from the previous people. biggest issue was the dishes. they had a taste on them you couldn’t get rid of. could be from lack of use or just not cleaned well which we tried to do as well.

convenient to downtown gatlinburg.

The pool was not functioning. we rented the property because it had an indoor pool. We were not informed. The beds were hard and creaked every time you moved. From the description of the condo it was to have an open which it did not.

Location was great

The location was great. Firstly we were told in the message that we needed a parking permit to park in the property. We looked everywhere but failed to find the permit. So we rang the number provided to ask about permit. My husband was instructed to find the permit in a mail box in the building. He was looking around for it everywhere for a good while. He rang again to ask about it only to be told that we didn’t need one and that was a mistake as it was for a different property. The Wi-Fi was also kept disconnecting whilst being used. The place itself wasn’t the worse. But it really needs a deep clean. The floors were dirty and the pull out couch had loads of food and dirt under it. The cutlery & plates were greasy we washed everything before using it. The bed made so much noise with any type of movement and kept on waking our baby up. We brought our own pack n play with us which was good at least we knew that was clean. As we had our 2 month old baby with us. We weren’t expecting anything fancy. Just something functional and clean. At least we got one of those during our stay.

If the mattress was changed, I would definitely want to stay here again.

This property is in a quiet area that is close to the strip, but is tucked away enough to keep you from the noise, etc. Both pools are clean, and the indoor pool is heated. The bathroom is large. We did not have to check in and out with anyone at the facility. The owner provides all information through the Booking app, including the passcode to the door.

As a preference, I didn’t like the mattresses. The king mattress is very loud when you move at all, and it was not comfortable to either of us. The bunk bed mattresses are hard; however, one of my teens liked the firmness and one did not. Towels were provided, and one cosmetic washcloth. I never asked why there were no wash cloths, but if you don’t have loofahs, you may need to.

dirty, uncomfortable beds, musty smell, all cookware was filthy, trash and dirty clothing from previous guests found in room, under beds, on tables. no parking pass ever received even after multiple calls. vending machines did not work, could not access pool even though it was open because no key or access code or anything was provided.

Great location, nice pool, nice room layout, great price.

Had to request housekeeping because there was a pile of dirty towels in the bathtub when we got there, trash under the bed, only one TV remote worked, and a lamp was out in the bedroom. Also the bed was very uncomfortable and some of the cups were filthy.

We loved that it was right in the middle of Gatlinburg we could walk everywhere and did not have to worry about where we were going to park or pay for parking. well worth the money. We were 3 adults and 4 kids and we fit good. Another great thing was the heated pool kids loved it!

Location to downtown.

Place is smaller than the pictures indicate. No plug for the bathtub, so had to use wash cloth. Listing indicates oven, but there is no oven, only stove top and microwave. Kitchen and kitchenware needs a good deep cleaning, pots, pans, colander and dish rack were still greasy, we had to clean before using. Kitchen is very tight with the bunk beds and table.
