Experience the Great Smoky Mountains from beautiful historic downtown Gatlinburg. The panoramic beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains is for all seasons; majestic mountains, rolling streams, and Gatlinburg's famous city lights will make your visit unforgettable.

Our unit at Oak Square Condominiums has two bedrooms with King bed in master bedroom and queen bed in the guest room. The fully-equipped kitchen has beautiful oak cabinets, two -burner cook surface, microwave, refrigerator , and coffee maker. The living room has a nice sleeper sofa and one nice recliner for relaxing while enjoying the woodburning fireplace. Also, this condominium has three flatscreen Cable TVs all with with DVD's . The condominium building has two convenient elevators and luggage carts for guest use.

We are located in DOWNTOWN Gatlinburg accross the street from the famous aerial tramway that goes to Ober Gatlinburg and minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Walk to anywhere from our location and find wonderful restaurants, endless shopping, the Gatlinburg Aquarium, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and much more! If you do not want to walk, take the popular Gatlinburg Trolley, it stops right at our door and will take you to countless places in Gatlinburg, the National Park, and Pigeon Forge.

We were staying here, because we were attending The Gaither Family Fest. Perfect location to the Gatlinburg Convention Center. We walked there all 3 days without a problem. No hills to walk up. The place was over all clean. But needs a deep clean, behind furniture a lot of dust bunnies. The woodwork in the bathroom was caked with dust. But I would not hesitate to stay her again. It is a fourth floor condo, but the elevators are fast. Lots of carts to move your stuff to and from the car. Pools looked nice but didn’t use them. Parking was good.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is absolutely perfect, easy walk to downtown. We enjoyed our condo and the host was great! The only complaint we have is the beds were so uncomfortable and squeaky. The property is an older unit but still in good shape. We would definitely stay here again if the beds were upgraded! The host was super kind and went out of the way to keep us informed about the process.

Light fixtures without lightbulbs. Holes in wall with exposed pipes showing. Shades not sufficient to keep downtown lights out of bedrooms. Unrealistic requirements to wash own dishes and take out garbage to dumpster.. General upkeep maintenance was poor, felt like was in a 2 star hotel.

Even though the facility is old, the condo has been updated. So clean. We walked just a little up the street and dinner one night at Bennett's BBQ-best food ever! Excellent staff. Gatlinburg is a busy place. I probably wouldn't stay downtown again as traffic is really bad. If you don't mind traffic-then this is the place for you! Warning: indoor pool is not heated. Was colder than outdoor pool. Prepare accordingly!

This is a large condo, comfortable size for a family. It is a great location, you can park your car and walk everywhere. The indoor pool is warm. The actual condo is filthy. Most things had a thick layer of dust on them. The floors were dark because they haven't been properly cleaned. The bed sheets were stained. There was a hole in the master bedroom wall and a huge hole in the master closet. There were crumbs still on the stove. The place needs a deep clean, it was disgusting. There were past guests clothes still in the dresser. I would not stay in this condo again.

Can’t say enough good things anout this stay. Condo was right in the middle of everything to do in gatlinburg. Everything was an easy walk to all the attractions there. Hosts made sure throughout our stay everything was satisfactory.

We stayed for 8 nights for nexstar dance nationals. Very fast and friendly responses, clean and everything you need within the condo. Will be a number 1 condo stay in the future. Only thing I suggest, more washers/dryers and update them.

This was our second time staying at Verlon & Judy’s and it was perfect once again! We love being close to the main Gaitlinburg strip, it’s perfect with our kids (3 kids, 4 and under, we love the indoor pool!) and anything we needed/had questions about Verlon and Judy were quick and helpful with responses.

We had so much fun! This condo was perfect great location, we walked everywhere downtown, loved the heated pool, loved the elevator, we got to cook breakfast and dinner in the kitchen to save some money, we will be back for sure!!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It is an older building, but its location cannot be beat. You are literally downtown, right smack in the action. You will not have to fight (and pay!) for parking for your dining and entertainment in town because everything is steps away. The location alone is worth a premium. The Ober Tram is within walking distance, too, so if you are skiing or visiting the mountain, you are all set. The unit itself is very clean and tidy. It's exactly as pictured. The beds were comfy, and we had everything we needed. Verlon was very communicative and gave us plenty of lead time with the info we needed for check-in. I see one reviewer had trouble with the master bed height. We did not have this problem. I am 5'9", for reference, and my 10-year-old hopped right up with no problems, too. Speaking of kids, my kids thoroughly enjoyed the indoor heated pool. We were in town for snowboarding, but it was a treat for them to say they were swimming in January. We also saw the outdoor pool but did not use it for obvious reasons. It looked nice though, and like it would make for a nice retreat in the warmer months. Overall I would definitely recommend this condo, and we would stay here again next time we head that way. Our family of four found it to be exactly what we were looking for.

Over all nice and clean. The Electric did not work in the small bedroom. The breaker was not tripped that we could tell. Not sure Why none of the outlets worked in that room. Location was easy to find and nice access to the park and shopping in town.
