We traveled as a family of 4 (mom, dad, 5 year old boy, and grandma). Our goal was to be on the water-ish and close enough to all the beaches. We loved the location! The first day, it appeared the beach was so thin, but as a Coloradan, I forgot about the tides. Some parts of the day the beach is way larger and my son loved that. The house was great! Very clean and well stocked. Having a washer and dryer was a plus! The home is close to all you’d need, yet feels secluded and is truly special.
I am a nature lover, so I hate to say this, but I’d recommend trimming the bushes by the water way down. They are pretty, but a more open view of the bay would be nice.

The beautiful views from the living room windows and close proximity to marina for those who travel with boat.
All was great!

The location is wonderful, private property on the bayfront in a quiet neighborhood next to Indian Beach Park. It was perfect for us spending the week for our son's graduation at the nearby college. Stunning views of the Bay. The house was as described, comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable. Comfortable family room with 3 couches. The a/c worked fine even with Temps in the low 90s all week. The rental management company accommodated us at the last minute, booking the same day having to relocate from another property and let us do early check-in, much appreciated.
They were quick to reply about our various requests, unfortunately there was miscommunication. We moved in on Sunday, On Monday afternoon there was noisy yard maintenance, while trying to rest and enjoy the wonderful setting. Then Tuesday, at 9.30 we got a call about some indoor maintenance. The whole morning was back and forth about that, basically miscommunication between too many parties involved. The rest of the week was fine. In addition, I suggest reviewing the various communications about checking out both in the rental as well as digital. There are contradicting guidelines within same documents and between documents. Ex: checkout time, 10 or 11 AM, temperature 78 or 80, strips the beds or not. Kitchen is nice and updated but needs more supplies, just 2 of us we were constantly washing dishes and cutlery. Minimal other kitchen supplies. It would not take much to turn that around. Big appliances were excellent.

The location was great. the views were wonderful
The home needs a lot of TLC. Coming from Florida, I understand that a home on the bay will have issues with saltwater intrusion, but, it was so bad here, that the plaster inside the house was blistering. The land scaping was in need of major work. The weeds were so bad in the lawn, that every time I walked my dog, I had to remove "Hitch-Hikers" and "Sticker Burs". There were several lawn chairs available, but only one was able to be used, all the rest were broken. Parking was okay, but I could not secure the gates. To close the gates, I had to put small boulders on the outside and inside of the gate. Many of the window blinds did not work, or were missing. There were several other minor issues, but that being said, all the faults I described were not enough to ruin my vacation. With the right TLC, this place would be magnificent!
