Tropical Paradise by the Bay – Walk to Ringling Museum, Asolo Theatre!
Nestled between two university campuses and just a 5-minute walk to Sarasota Bay, this 2,200 sq ft tropical retreat beacons you to unwind. Enjoy 3 very private bedrooms, an office area, spacious living room, and a huge fenced-in backyard perfect for kids and pets—all less than 15 minutes from Lido Beach and café-lined St. Armands Circle. Kayaks, hammock, grill, foosball, sandbox, basketball hoop, and more await your stay!
The house has three full size bedrooms, two full size bathrooms and an office space. It’s very roomy at 2200 sqft. It has an expansive yard; the backyard is enclosed and very private. You will find several cool features like Roku TVs in every room, YouTube TV, a hammock, a sandbox, a foosball table, a full size basketball hoop and more. New Kayaks added in summer 2023- you can easily roll them down to the bay on their wheels, just be sure to wear life vests!
The neighborhood is very quaint and on the bay. You will have easy access to the water and to the two surrounding campuses- New College and USF. The Ringling Museum and the Asolo Repertory Theatre are nearby. It is a very walkable area. You can park the car in the driveway and spend your vacation on foot.

The home is available for stays of 4 nights or longer. 8 guests maximum- this includes any temporary visitors.
We provide two kayaks (with wheels) for easy bay access— wearing life vests is mandatory (we have some in the garage). The fenced-in backyard is great for kids and pets, just be sure to pick up any "leftovers". You'll find fast WiFi, beach towels, and a nice supply of essentials (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, coffee, fresh Brita filter, laundry detergent and more). No parties or loud gatherings, please. Perfect for guests seeking a peaceful, extended Sarasota getaway.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay at this property. Oren was accommodating in every way, and answered any inquiries immediately.
The home was pristine upon arrival and exactly as pictured in the photos. The large back patio stays comfortably shaded by beautiful trees, making it a welcome place for kids to hangout even in July!
The location was also great for us. It was not far to downtown and St. Armand’s, yet we also found a few great food options within a couple minutes’ drive. You also cannot beat being walking distance to the Ringling Museum and the beautiful Asolo Reperatory Theater! In spite of these great amenities, the neighborhood is quiet, safe and family-friendly.
If we ever stay in Sarasota again, this home will be our first choice.
