Across the street from the Longboat Key Club, golf and the beach. Minutes from famous St. Armand's Circle with great shopping and an array of restaurants. Just over the bridge is downtown Sarasota's theater district and nightlife.

Sarasota is known for its culture, featuring a variety of art festivals, Sarasota film festival, Sarasota international wine festival, the opera, the orchestra, live theater and many museums. The white powder sand beaches are world famous.

This waterfront complex comes complete with swimming pool, exercise room, fishing dock and boat slips (available for an extra charge). Longboat Key offers a trolley service to many Sarasota attractions. There is a bike path that runs the length of the island, over the bridges and onto the mainland.

The condo comes fully equipped, including a washer and dryer. One queen bed, one king bed and a daybed with a trundle. It comfortably sleeps 4 to 6. There are also 2 kayaks available for your use. Perfect for a relaxing Florida get away with room for visiting family. Three month rentals are required for January, February and March stays.

Beside a great location the building, although older, is well kept up. The landscaping & view of Sarasota Bay are superior. The owner, Pat, was available and quick to answer any questions and solve any problems. The pool was well kept and its umbrella tables, lounges and chairs looked new. Within the condo we enjoyed some of the updates like a very comfortable mattress, instant hot water tap in the kitchen, heat lights in the master shower area. We especially enjoyed our interesting sociable neighbors. around the pool in the early evenings.

This home is very well appointed. We had everything we needed. It is very comfortable, especially the new king-size bed in the master bath. Also, the little touches like soap, shampoo and conditioner in both bathroom. Plenty of towels too. Extras include use of kayaks and bikes. The most important part is how nice and friendly the residents of the condo complex are. Pat, the owner communicated well and was on top of things. They made us feel very welcome. We will definitely rent this property again.

You can’t beat the view. It’s nice that you can sit out by the dock and enjoy the Sarasota bay. The kitchen has been remodeled and it is nice. If a problem arose Pat took care of it right away.

This is our second year staying at this condo...it is wonderful. It is very well appointed with everything you need. The location is great with the Publix Grocery close and again this store has an excellent selection. The pool and property are lovely and the dolphins and Manatees are easily seen. The Renter is very accommodating and provides every answer to your questions. We have stayed in other condos on Longboat and this condo provided us with the best combination of easy relaxation without having to worry about breaking or ruining anything
