Vacation rental: 'Olde Florida' style 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage one block from Lido Beach! Nestled in the back of Pelican Gardens, this tropical Villa is a short stroll to Ted Sperling Park and St. Armands Circle. Just bring your suitcase and sunglasses. Sunscreen provided! Kitchen is perfectly set up for cooking or entertaining. Between dining area or breakfast bar there's plenty of room! Master bedroom features King accommodations and opens to side deck. Guest room provides both a full bed and twin bed. Perfect for families. There’s also a pull out sofa in the living room for additional guests. Property sleeps 6 comfortably. Designed for making beach memories this tropical retreat is neatly tucked away to provide more living and entertaining space. Morning coffee on the screened front porch, BBQing on the side porch or enjoying watching your favorite team, there's space and privacy! Just recently updated…the cottage features new furnishings, 3 flat screen TV’s, ceiling fans and wifi. The full bathroom includes tub/shower. A large walk-in closet/pantry is great for storage. Community has a parking lot exclusively for guests with passes provided. There are endless activities nearby from the community pool, Lido Beach, walking trails, kayaking, shelling, biking, shopping, dining or simply relaxing! You can bring your furry friend…small dogs with prior approval and $250 pet fee. Sorry, no kitties…No smoking allowed inside or out. Cottage has storage area for bikes and kayaks during your stay. Bring your bikes or rentals are close by. Beach chairs, umbrella, rolling cooler and beach towels provided. ALSO AVAILABLE WEEKLY - 7 day minimum stay required. Guests are required to complete a Guest form prior to arrival. Coin operated washers and dryers are on site for your use. Simply the perfect getaway!

The cottage was exactly what we were looking for. Walking distance to the beach and kayak launch. Everything needed was supplied in the house.

Everything was perfect with our stay at this property ! The cleanliness, amenities, and proximity to the public beach and St. Armond's shops/restaurants left us wanting for nothing more. Check in and communication with the property manager were great. She was quick to respond to any needs we had, which were few. We did not utilize the pool on site, but it looked clean and refreshing. The beach items for guest use were perfect !Some tips: I recommend checking in during the day if possible, as the complex is a bit dark and unit is a bit tricky to find on the first try (easy access once you know where it is), but is really not super hard to find. As of May 1, the public beach access on the south end of the Lido Resort was closed to what appeared to be non-guest of the resort, but a short walk north of this resort put you in the parking area for the public beach park which wasn't too bad, just overcrowded. If you wish to shy away from the crowds, we found another public beach access on the south side of the Ritz resort. In this area we had a bit more of a relaxing day and access to the Lido tiki bar. The beach chairs and wagon make either of these areas super easy to access within a 10 minute or less walk. Would definitely recommend this stay for a couple or small family !

This cottage was clean but has no internet. We were unable to use any of the TVs for downtime or connect laptops. The host read messages regarding and did not respond or direct. The rules were ridiculous regarding cleaning and I felt like I wasn’t on vacation and certainly shouldn’t have owed a few for cleaning or admin and feel with these it was overpriced.
