Experience the ultimate vacation home with its, gated grounds, private heated pool, resort-style amenities, this home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests.

"The President" this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is designed for the ultimate indoor-outdoor Florida lifestyle. The interior features an open layout designed for relaxation and ease. All three bedrooms have a King bed for ultimate comfort.
The exterior of "The President" is a gated, tropical wonderland surrounded by a stucco privacy wall and lush landscaping. Enjoy the newly resurfaced Pebble-Tec heated pool and integrated spa. The outside is fully equipped with seating, a dining table, and a cozy gas fire ring for evening relaxation.

•Bedroom #1: King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2; 2 twin fold out floor mattresses (2) - sleeps: 2; Ensuite Bathroom
•Bedroom #2: King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2; Ensuite Bathroom
•Bedroom #3: King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2 ; Nearby Bathroom
SOAPS PROVIDED: Laundry, Dish, Hand Soap
SOAPS NOT PROVIDED: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash
•Coffee Maker Type: Combo (both K-cup and drip) A k-cup and creamer small starter bundle is provided.
•Toilet Paper Provided: 3 rolls per bathroom
•Paper Towel Provided: 2 rolls per kitchen
•Towel/Hand Towel/Washcloth: 1 set per stated occupant plus 1 extra set per bathroom

POOL POLICY: Pool heat temp is set at 83º and runs each day from 7 AM until 7 PM from October 15-April 15. Outside of these dates, the Florida weather should naturally heat the pool. Pool temperatures are not guaranteed. This pool is heated by a heat pump and is only capable of heating to around 20-25 degrees warmer than the ambient temperature. (If the high for the day is 55, the pool may only be able to reach 75).
PET POLICY: This home has a $20/pet/day fee. Aggressive/Large breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. Unclaimed pets will result in a minimum fine of $500/pet. By making this reservation, you agree to this policy. DOGS ONLY. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Experience the serenity of our world class beaches where you can swim, sunbathe, surf, paddle board, and fish. Take a morning walk down to the soft white sand of Siesta Key Beach or to little Shell Beach to find sand dollars and an assortment of other sea shells. Head to the South side of Siesta key to check out Turtle Beach; a more secluded beach with less people and great surf fishing on the south end.
Visit one of the centerpieces of Siesta Key, the AMI City Pier where there is great fishing and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Take a stroll down the Coquina Baywalk and Leffis Key to find a small nature walk with peaceful walking trails.
Take the provided bicycles all around the island and search for the 6 beaches that AMI has to offer (can you find them all?); Coquina Beach, Manatee Beach, Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach, Cortez Beach and Anna Maria Beach (with Bean Point being part of that).

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this St. Armands Circle property and couldn't have asked for a better home base for our trip. The location is fantastic; you're within easy walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, and just a short stroll to the beach.The pool was a real highlight and exactly what we needed to relax after days out exploring. We also loved that the host had thought of everything: beach chairs made our trips to the sand effortless, and the bicycles (although we didn't get a chance to use them) would be a fun way to get around the area without having to drive.The house itself was comfortable, well-equipped, and felt like a true home away from home. It's clear the owners take pride in the place and genuinely want their guests to have a great experience.If you're looking for a stay in St. Armands Circle that combines a great location with thoughtful extras that actually get used, this is the spot. We'd happily come back.

The property was lovely except for the AC not working on one side of the house where the babies and their parents were staying. After many attempts by the property manager to fix the problem, the management company brought in 2 portable AC's to attempt to ameliorate the heat. The units were somewhat effective but didn't really fully cool the bedrooms until the last night we were there. It was a particularly hot week in Sarasota so there was very little reprieve from the heat. We were happy to be together so we made the best of it..
