The remaining two bedrooms, located toward the front of the home, share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Plus, find added convenience in the hallway with a laundry closet housing a washer and dryer.

4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

The maximum occupancy for this home is 12 adults; however, children under 6 years of age are not included in the City’s occupancy limit. Lido Key Vacations enforces a total occupancy limit of 9 persons, including both adults and children under 6.
