Enjoy your stay in Sarasota at this charming "Old Florida" West of Trail home with fenced yard, minutes to downtown, attractions and beaches! Walk to the Bayfront, shop, dine and experience the vibrant Museum District/downtown Sarasota culture. Bike to the Sarasota arts scene or Uber across Ringling Bridge to get sun-kissed on Lido or Longboat Key's white sand beaches, go boating, golf and experience the Keys. 2 blocks to Sarasota Jungle Gardens and 14 blocks to the Ringling Museum Art.
Please note there is a an occupied studio apartment with separate entrance on the rear of the property. The main home is 1500 sq ft with 2-3 bedrooms (sunroom can be a private 3rd bedroom). The home can sleep up to 7 and is perfect for a family or 2 small families, 1-3 couples or a small group looking for plenty of space to relax and a private fenced in yard while still being close to shopping, the Bayfront and beaches. Indian Beach Sapphire Shores is a nice quiet residential neighborhood for daily fresh-air walks. There is a Bayfront park within walking distance to watch sunsets daily. We are a pet-friendly home.
For your convenience, CVS and Walmart Grocery is 1 block away for all your supplies; Publix is 5 minutes away as well as downtown Whole Foods.
The home also features two tropically landscaped outdoor patio spaces; as well as two separate yards (front and back) that are fenced. There is plenty of seating to spread out, grill and enjoy the Florida sunshine.
The home is fenced and gated. The driveway will fit 2 cars with additional street parking. Covered carport. Please be aware there is an occupied studio apartment on the property with a separate entrance and guests must respect their privacy. Backyard space may be shared at times. No parties and registered guests/pets only.
Boat and pets allowed with owner approval (house is 5 minutes to the Centennial Park Boat Ramp on 10th Street & 41). Boat must fit in gate and be parked in driveway.

Two small dogs with pet fee of $5 per dog per day. Guests must pick up yard after their pet.
Additional guests over 4 require a $10 per guest, per night additional charge.
Additional dogs/large dogs and cats are per owner discretion - please message with pet info PRIOR to booking. No aggressive breeds or mixes will be allowed due to insurance restrictions.
Utility cap of $200 for monthly (28+ day) rentals for electric and water to prevent utility overuse. Renter by booking agrees to be responsible for any overage. Security deposit is higher for 28+ day stays, inquire for details and a rental agreement will be required.
There is a 3 month minimum during season (January - March).

Mia made everything so easy! The property was exactly as advertised. Loved to location close to the beach, great restaurants, and lots to do. We will definitely have to come back to the area!
