This beautifully maintained home offers over 1,900 square feet of living space and sits on a quarter-acre lot with a large private fenced backyard and an oversized saltwater swimming pool. Whether you are looking to relax by the pool, spend the day at the beach, or explore all that Sarasota has to offer, this home provides the perfect place to unwind.

Guest Access
Guests have exclusive use of the main portion of the home, the entire fenced backyard, and the private swimming pool.
The garage includes a washer and dryer, laundry supplies, vacuum cleaner, and other household items. Beach equipment, including chairs, umbrella, and cooler, is also stored in the garage for your convenience.
Important Information Before Booking
● Guests must be 25 years or older to book
● No third-party reservations are accepted
● Guests must agree to treat the home and neighborhood with respect
Our home is very welcoming for families; however, it is not child-proofed. The property is fenced and gated, but the pool is not enclosed. Electrical outlets are not covered, cabinets are not locked, and there is a two-step transition leading to the backyard area. Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times.
The pool is professionally maintained weekly to clean the pool, remove debris, and ensure proper water chemistry. Because the pool is outdoors, leaves and natural debris may occasionally fall into the pool between service visits. A pool net is available for removing leaves and small debris when needed.
Neighborhood
Our home is located on a quiet, peaceful residential street. We ask guests to be respectful of our neighbors and enjoy the property as they would their own home.
Sarasota offers something for everyone, including beautiful beaches, boating, golf, shopping, dining, cultural attractions, and outdoor activities. Siesta Key Beach, known for its stunning white quartz sand, is just minutes away.
Additional Property Information
For transparency, there is a separate one-bedroom apartment located on the opposite side of the property, above the garage. This unit has its own private entrance and does not share the main home, backyard, or pool.
The only shared areas are the driveway and the washer and dryer located in the garage.
There is also a small owner’s unit adjacent to the home with its own separate entrance through a second garage. This unit is unoccupied most of the year and is not shared with guests.

We always travel with our two dogs. We drive from Massachusetts. First, I want to say our host Valentina was the best. She cares very much that her guests enjoy their stay and is very communicative. The house is spotless and beautiful with all the comforts of home. The pool andFenced in yard was everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and dog friendly. My dogs had a ball. Thanks Valentina for truly making our stay so enjoyable

Host is exceptional! Property was spotless and well stocked including a welcome basket. Modern kitchen and baths. Pet friendly. Comfortable beds. Huge fenced yard and nice, deep pool. Quiet area. On the down side - the property is 3 units in one building. Rental (3 BR/2 BA) did include exclusive use of the entire backyard and pool. One of the other units was occupied but I want to be clear, it was not a problem. We just thought we would be the only guests at the address. The biggest let down was the floors. The new flooring is laid over a very uneven wooden subfloor, making for difficulty walking through the home, with dips and rises causing us to stumble on occasion. The bedrooms were so bad that the flooring was separating and clicking back together as we walked over them. With all the work put into modernizing this otherwise beautiful home, we were very disappointed that such a crucial component as the floor structure was overlooked. Also the neighborhood has lots of unkempt yards with grass/weeds 3 feet tall, stray cats (lots!) and we had loose dogs run up on us while walking our dogs. The roads are very narrow with no sidewalks. Not very walker friendly, in my opinion.
