Well proportioned room, the kitchenette worked well, very clean with comfortable beds, and the breakfast was very selective and well received. The location is great to access the local theme parks, I-drive and I-4, highly recommend and would like to use again when next in Orlando.

Did not notice anything to dislike. It has everything that you would require in a hotel.

Unfortunately, the stay was disappointing. I had pre-selected/requested a crib before our arrival, but it was never placed in the room. I even reminded the staff about the crib when I checked in early around 8 AM. We left and returned to the hotel around 6 PM, and the crib was still not there. I had to ask again, and it then took over an hour for it to finally be delivered. The AC was also a major issue. The temperature could only be adjusted using the controls on the wall unit, and even with the AC set continuously to 60°F, the room would only cool down to around 74°F according to the wall thermostat. It never seemed to cool the room properly. On top of that, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Overall, between the crib being forgotten despite requesting it ahead of time and reminding staff at check-in, the AC not working properly, and the uncomfortable bed, the stay was much less comfortable than expected.
