This property offers exceptional value for money with a prime location that makes it easy to access nearby attractions. The cleanliness is top-notch and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful amenities are impressive especially the pool, which is perfect for kids while the overall experience was fantastic some aspects like walk ability can use slight improvement overall it is a great choice for anyone looking for a fun getaway.

Apart from the initial glitch where they didn't hold our reservation, I'd say pretty smooth sailing. Their Alberto's ala carte restaurant/take away joint serves exceptionally good food.
I did not try Laguna. However, it is located quite some distance from all Disney and Universal theme parks. It is close to Seaworld, but that's it. Cab rides are at least 15 to 20 usd to any theme park. These become important, because they have extremely limited shuttles. No good restaurants around the area.
No grocery store or cvs closeby. Apart from the location being so-so, it is a great hotel. Good and clean rooms, exceptional staff, and a very lively environment.

First night, they ran out of rooms and gave us a handicapped room. Which was a huge bummer to be honest. The room was really pathetic. Their door hinges were rotting, it broke down and my brother got quite hurt.
That being said the next day they did arrange decent rooms. The staff is great! The best part though is their Alberto's restaurant. Deliciously great food.

Parking is $38 a night and no parking just be prepared to walk a mile to your room and hope its not raining like it was us on. Also was told there was only 1 room on the whole property that has balcony, but when walking to the pools saw a whole building with balconys with every room.
